As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed in a very friendly and empathetic manner - the young man at reception in particular was incredibly warm and took away my nervousness with his calm manner. He even held my hand during the treatment - that was a great help for me at the time. The doctor took a lot of time, took a close look at my lips and worked with great care for about half an hour to dissolve the hyaluronic acid. I felt that I was in very good hands the whole time - both personally and professionally. My so-called "duck mouth" was visibly improved immediately after the treatment - I am so happy with the result! I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice - here you are not only treated, but also understood.
